Kiping is one of unique delicacy found at Camiguin. It is made from dried sweet potatoes, grounded, mixed with water then fried. Interesting idea, who would've thought that it's possible. This thin, crispy, five-peso food can be a desert or a snack during your tour around the Island.
It is big as a medium-size plate drizzled with with "latik", a sweet caramelized coconut sauce but not so sweet which tastes like flat, sweet "kropek". This delicacy is a must try!
